What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
26/0990/FH - Flat 2, 35 Augusta Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2RT - Reconfigured external access steps (retrospective).
26/1084/FH - The Old Bakery, The Square, Elham, Canterbury, CT4 6TJ - Listed building consent for internal alterations.
26/1086/FH - 63 Radnor Cliff, Folkestone, CT20 2JL - Installation of 10 solar panels to the front roof slope; replacement of existing and addition of render to the front elevation; infilling of the existing porch area; addition of a first-floor balcony to the front elevation with canopy below, including the removal of existing windows and installation of replacement doors and windows; conversion of the existing garage to habitable accommodation; erection of a front planter; enlargement of the existing rear dormer following removal of the chimney, including an additional Juliet balcony, rooflight and replacement windows; installation of an additional ground-floor rear window following infilling of the rear store area; and installation of a plant platform to the rear.
26/1089/FH - Nationwide, 80 High Street, Hythe, CT21 5AJ - Installation of defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets to external wall.
26/1114/FH/PIP - St Marys House, St Marys Road, West Hythe, Hythe, CT21 4NU - Permission in Principle for the erection of up to 2 dwellings.

Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
