DIVERSION OF FOOTPATH RL-522 (PART) (FORMERLY FOOTPATH No 19) IN THE PARISH OF ROUS LENCH

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

On 01 of July 2026, Worcestershire County Council confirmed the above order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order, as confirmed, is to divert the footpath and modify the definitive map and statement for Worcestershire, accordingly.

From: a line running from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SP 0142 5332 in a NE direction for 44 metres (m) to OSGR SP 0144 5336.

To: a line running from OSGR SP 0142 5332, the footpath proceeds in a NE direction for 3 m to OSGR SP 0142 5332 before turning to the NNE for 8 m, to OSGR SP 0142 5333. The footpath then passes alongside a building, in a NE direction for 34 m to rejoin the original footpath route at OSGR SP 0144 5336. As shown on the order plan.
