What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Land East of the A34 and South of A555, Handforth, Cheshire.
I give notice that MADE Partnership is applying to Cheshire East Council for planning permission for a Section 73 application (removal/variation of conditions) relating to the previously approved hybrid planning application (Ref: 19/0623M) for a new mixed-use settlement comprising: Outline permission for around 1,500 new homes, employment uses (Use Classes B1 & B2), a mixed-use local centre (Classes A1-A5, B1(a), C1, C2, C3, D1 & D2), green infrastructure and associated works; and full permission for initial preparation and infrastructure works (ground remediation, re-profiling, highways, drainage, utilities, replacement A34 bridge and other associated infrastructure).
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Cheshire East Council at Development Management, Cheshire East Council, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 2LL within 21 days of the date of this notice. In the event than an appeal is made against a planning decision of the Council and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations. Any owner or tenant wishing to make representations should do so by the date given above.
