10. Rye Conservation Area. Change of use of no.6-8 Tower Street to a dual / mixed use as a
dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) and / or holiday letting accommodation. 6-8 Tower Street,

11. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Change of use of part of ground floor to Sui
Generis and associated alterations to shop front (part retrospective.). 20-22 Sea Road,

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning
Permission in respect of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 above and Listed Building Consent in
respect of 1, 2, 4 and 6 above and an Application to determine if Prior Approval is required in
respect of 9 above.
