APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
P2026/0386 Listed Building Consent for the proposed installation of new internal steel stair and gantry providing access from first floor to existing external door, together with a new external stair supported on a Big Foot system. The external stair and landing will sit on the roof surface, providing access from the external opening to roof level.

P2026/0445 Grandison Brook Flood Alleviation Scheme, comprising the construction of flood alleviation and drainage infrastructure including new and replacement culverts, flood defence walls and earth bunds, channel and watercourse improvements, stormwater attenuation infrastructure, associated engineering works, a pedestrian footbridge, landscaping and all ancillary works.
