Take notice that an application is being made by: United Utilities Water Limited. For planning permission for the following development: Installation of Advanced Anaerobic Digestion plant with alterations to an existing access from the A5117.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Cheshire West and Chester Council.
