Proposed development at: Ellesmere Port Wastewater Treatment Works, Little Stanney, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH2 4FE.

Take notice that an application is being made by: United Utilities Water Limited. For planning permission for the following development: Installation of Advanced Anaerobic Digestion plant with alterations to an existing access from the A5117.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Cheshire West and Chester Council. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Cheshire West and Chester Council within 21 days of the date of this notice at the following address: Development Management, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA
