REGULATIONS 1990 - NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 5 OR 13
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting:
1. Replacement of existing timber windows to ground and first floors at Rashid Rabbani Madni Jamia Masjid, Northgate, Dewsbury. Application No. 2026/91680.
2. Installation of secondary glazing to selected windows on multiple floors to match the existing system, installation of insulated upstands around the existing loft hatches and additional insulation between ceiling joists to improve thermal performance and maintain continuity of insulation at 21, Bond Street, Dewsbury. Application No. 2026/91731.
The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting:
3. Change of use of former sports bar to gym use at 6A, Low Lane, Birstall, Batley. Application No. 2026/91603.
