The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which affects a Conservation Area.

A/26/101089/FULL 31 And 31A Astley Street Tyldesley Manchester. Change of use of part of rear garden area of 31 Astley Street, to provide an external seating area associated with the existing coffee shop at 31A, together with replacement boundary fencing, repaired/improved hardstanding and a formalised bin storage area. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area.

A/26/101097/FULL 251 Chapel Street Leigh WN7 2AP. Change of use of an existing five-bedroom Class C3 dwellinghouse to a five-bedroom Class C3(b) Mother and Child Supported Accommodation Service for young parents aged 16 to 25 (Retrospective Application). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
