This application is Major Development

RB2026/0828 - Erection of up to 27 dwellings, including access, landscaping, and associated works at land to the west of Pollard Street Kimberworth for Kruidberg Capital Ltd

These applications would affect the setting of a Grade 2 Listed Building known as Swindon House

RB2026/0962 - Application to vary conditions 01(Approved plans), 18 & 19 (Trees) to include amendments to the landscaping scheme imposed by RB2025/0129 at Former Swinden Technology Centre Moorgate Road Moorgate for Keepmoat Homes (Yorkshire East)
