McCarrick Construction are applying to Durham County Council for Outline planning approval to erect 11 Light Industrial units & to stop up a section of Highway to the South-East of the site at : Former Wensley Roofing, Station Lane, Chester-le-Street. DH3 3DU
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about the application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice at Regeneration, Economy and Growth, Durham County Council, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL.
