PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26DIS/2012 - Former Ogdens Tobacco Factory Office Building, Boundary Lane (6)
Applicant Brian Hughes, Torus. To discharge condition 3 (lime mortar sample) attached to planning reference 25L/3155.
25F/0480 - Land to the north of School Lane and to the rear of Woolton Hall School Lane (25) Applicant Ben Thompson. To erect 20 no. dwellings with associated works and infrastructure following the clearance of the existing site (Amended scheme including revisions to the carriageways along School Lane, incorporating wider footpaths and alterations to the access arrangements).
26F/1993 - 1 Hadassah Grove (17) Applicant Nana Sechere. To continue to use the premises as an 8 bed House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class Sui Generis).
26H/1855 - 8 Wellesley Road (8) Applicant Mr and Mrs. Hitchiner. To replace 6 no. timber windows and 1 no. timber door to the rear elevation with new upvc framed double glazed windows and door.
26A/1922 - Ashcroft Buildings, 37 Victoria Street (1) Mr Sam Harrison, King Media Ltd
To display an externally Illuminated shroud advertisement for a temporary period of 7.5 months.
26F/2006 - 38 Nelson Street (1) Applicant Mrs Elaine Wong. To retain alterations to shop front, including new access door, with change of use of ground floor to flexible commercial, business and service use, within Use Class E.
26H/1899 - 13 Ullet Road (17). Applicant Mrs Rosanne Millington. To replace existing single glazed timber sash and casement windows to front, side and selected rear windows with matching double glazed timber units.
26A/1950 & 26L/2021 - 12 Cook Street/31 Castle Street (2) Applicant Mr Christopher Commerford. Part retrospective application to display 1 no. box sign, 1 no. hanging sign, 8 no. window graphics, and 1 no. projecting box sign.
26F/2025 & 26L/2026 - Merseyside Maritime Museum (3) Applicant National Museums Liverpool. Refurbishment and upgrade of existing windows, including the installation of secondary glazing systems, erection of temporary scaffolding, and other associated works.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
