I give notice that Gladman Developments Ltd. is applying to Uttlesford District Council for planning permission for: Outline planning application for the erection of up to 850 residential dwellings, (including affordable housing), land for a 2 form entry primary school, a mixed use local centre, sports pitches and associated facilities, public open space, structural planting, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access points.
