Regulation No. 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended)
Application for the designation of the revised Kelsall and Willington Neighbourhood Plan Area

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to designate the revised Kelsall and Willington Neighbourhood Plan Area for the purposes of producing a Neighbourhood Plan for the area.

A copy of the application documents including a map of the proposed Neighbourhood Area can be viewed, together with further information about neighbourhood planning, on the Council website at: www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning

Copies of the application documents will also be available during opening hours at Kelsall Wellbeing Hub, 7 Green Hill Road, Kelsall, CW6 0SN and on the Council’s mobile library. If you are finding it difficult to view a copy of the documents in person or online, please contact the Planning Policy team on 01244 973 887.

Anyone who wishes to make comments to the Council about the applications should send them by email to neighbourhoodplanning@ cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk by 4 September 2026, quoting the reference number NP022. Postal comments will also be accepted if received before the end of the consultation and can be sent to the address detailed below.
