19-21 August - Rennes Room, Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter, EX1 1JN starting 9.30am.
REASON FOR INQUIRY: Appeal by Waddeton Park Limited
Outline planning permission (with all matters reserved apart from access) for the phased development of up to 65 residential dwellings, two access points from Nadder Park Road, public open space and associated infrastructure (including land for biodiversity enhancements).
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.
