What is planned?

WEST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: Notice under section 73 Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990

WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission: 

a) WL/2026/00621: Nettleton: K Payne & J Parsons: Land North of Church St: Outline application for upto 7 dwellings, access to be considered.

b) WL/2026/00622: Nettleham: Mrs R Ellory: 6 North St: remove lean-to extension & outbuilding, erect extension, convert outbuilding, & reconfiguration.

c) WL/2026/00626: Sudbrooke: Haughton: Church Farm, Church Lane: replacement dwelling, remove agricultural buildings, convert remaining poultry shed to domestic outbuilding with roof mounted solar panels (major app)

d) WL/2026/00630: Wharton: L Goodall: Land adj Wharton Hall Farm, Thonock Rd: consent for conversion of farm buildings to 2 dwellings.

e) WL/2026/00639: South Carlton: Mr T Clark: The Old School, School Lane: discharge condition 12 of WL/2025/00764.

f) WL/2026/00640: South Calton: Mr T Clark: The Old School, School Lane: discharge condition 9 of WL/2025/00764.

g) WL/2026/00644: Sturton by Stow: R Sanderson: 32 The Close: extension, timber outbuilding, boundary fence & wall, rendering, & reroofing. (affects right of way)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.

As applications b and g are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about these applications will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
