Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Ref no: PL/2026/0001219/HHA Address: 13 Berkeley Road North Proposal: Erection of single storey rear and side extension Reason:
The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
Ref no: PL/2026/0001193/LBC Address: The Greyhound Inn, 20 Sutton Stop Proposal: Installation of a new substation with associated electrical infrastructure, transformer, switchgear, underground cabling, service connections, ducting, security fencing, access and all associated engineering works, including the diversion and undergrounding of existing overhead electricity lines. Including work within the outside barn and meter housing as approved under LB/2019/2998
Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building
