Take notice that an application is being made to Bedford Borough Council by: Nigel McNally
For planning permission for: Demolition of the existing detached dwelling and associated outbuildings, followed by the erection of a
replacement detached dwelling and associated works.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council at: Planning Services, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP
Representations should be made within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect statutory tenants' rights to the property.
