For planning permission to: Conversion and extension of unused ancillary area at rear level 01 and change of use from Class E to Class C3 to allow creation of 2x new 2 bed residential flats
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Elmbridge Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
