Notice Of An Application For Listed Building Consent

Notice is given that an application has been made to The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to obtain planning permission for:
Application No: 26/00972/LBC

Proposal: Localised opening up of external cementitious render in order to investigate the condition of the underlying substrate and timber-framed structure. Following render removal, the areas of opening up will be provided with temporary breathable protections to enable continued specialist monitoring.

Location: Valence House Museum, Becontree Avenue, Dagenham, Barking And Dagenham, RM8 3HT.

The application site is a listed building
