The Town & Country Planning Act 1990
The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012
We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LBC - 01/2026/0286 – Crown Hotel, 5 Crown Square, Denbigh – Demolition of rear extension, emergency repairs and making safe work to allow safe access to the property internally, isolated roof repairs and timber repair work internally.
You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them from 22 July 2026 until 12 August 2026 on our website: www.denbighshire.gov.uk/planning.
If you wish to comment on the applications you should write to me at the address below by 12 August 2026.
