PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 4 HELPRINGHAM

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026

The above Order was made on 25 June 2026. The effect of the Order will be to divert the whole width of that part of Public Footpath Number 4 in the parish of Helpringham running from the unaffected part of Public Footpath Number at Point A (OSGR 516860 338612) in a generally north westerly direction for 67.3 metres to Point D (OSGR 516807 338654) where it will continue on its unaffected route.  The total length of footpath to be diverted is approximately 67.3 metres as shown between points A-D on Order Drawing HELP4160226 TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Helpringham to be 2 metres in width, running from Public Footpath Number 4 at Point A (OSGR 516860 338612) in a generally north easterly direction for 11.8 metres to Point B (OSGR 516867 338621) then continuing in a generally north westerly direction for 67.3 metres to Point C (OSGR 516815 338663) then continuing in a generally south westerly direction for 12 metres to meet the unaffected route at Point D (OSGR 516807 338654). The total length of footpath to be added to be approximately 91.1 metres as shown between points A-B-C-D on Order Drawing Number HELP4160226. A copy of the Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Eastgate Sleaford, NG34 7EF. Copies of the Order and drawing may be requested free of charge from Mrs C Gray,  tel: 01529 414155/e-mail: planning@n-kesteven.gov.uk quote ref: 77260/HELPRINGHAM. A copy of the Order and drawing may also be viewed on planning online Simple Search using reference number 25/1350/FTPATH (from 22 July 2026 until 20 August 2026).

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Mrs C Gray, Administration Manager, North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Eastgate, Sleaford, Lincolnshire NG34 7EF or e-mail: planning@n-kesteven.gov.uk not later than 20 August 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if so made are withdrawn, North Kesteven District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. Any representations or objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation.
