Notice is hereby given that Severn Trent Water is applying to Birmingham City Council for hazardous substances consent at Minworth Sewage Treatment works, Kingsbury Road, Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, B76 9DP. Approval is sought to cover activities on site that generate gas, with no associated new development proposed.

Members of the public will be able to view and comment on the application once submitted to the City Council at least 7 days after the date of this notice. Allowing for registration and administration time, we recommend searching for the application via the Council’s website (www.birmingham. gov.uk/planningonline) 14 days following this notice. Once submitted, there will be 21 days for comments to be made.
