REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Genko Holdings Limited

Relating to the application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for erection of 115 dwellings (including 40% affordable housing) and associated parking; public house (Use Class Sui Generis), employment units (Use Class E(g)); provision of public open space; installation of sustainable urban drainage system; pumping station; provision of local play areas; soft and hard landscaping; landscape buffer and associated works at Land at East of Bere Hill, Whitchurch, Hampshire, RG28 7EB

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
