Listed Building Consent for the removal of cement render, cement infill, fibreglass, mastic and silicone and repairs to timber frame where required for all southern elevations. Fenestration repairs and introduction of lead where required, replacement and introduction of cast aluminium rainwater goods to be painted dark grey. Introduction of Savolite wood wool and lime render to South West panels and lime render to the South East elevation.
