What is planned?

WESTMORLAND & FURNESS COUNCIL

PLANNING APPLICATION

United Utilities is applying for Planning Permission at Land to the south of the A5087 Coast Road and to the east of the U5148 Leythey Lane at Baycliff, Ulverston (LA12 9PJ). OS Grid Reference:- Easting 328659, Northing 472214 for Establishment of a site compound to accommodate a new Combined Sewer Overflow tank; including new permanent vehicular access, temporary construction access, permanent ground level changes, vent stack, control kiosk and associated ancillary development. (Ref. 5/26/9002)

The proposal may also affect a Public Right of Way.

The application can be inspected at planning.cumbria.gov.uk or by appointment by phoning 0300 373 3300. We will not discuss our assessment of the proposals with you at this stage.
