Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the following reasons set out below:
Application No: 26/00673/FUL
Location: LandAt Chitral Wyatts Green Road Doddinghurst Essex CM15 0SS
Proposal: Redevelopment of the site comprising demolition of existing commercial buildings removal of rubble and bunds, soil heaps and tipped waste and construction of 14 new dwelling houses (use class C3), together with associated landscaping, vehicle and cycle parking and infrastructure works. (Amendments are sought to allow for compliance with Part M4(2) of the Building Regulations, improve internal layout efficiency and overall deliverability of the scheme, reduce areas of hardstanding in favour of increased soft landscaping, refine architectural detailing and residential functionality and enhance the private amenity areas and access arrangements)
