NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

M0007.26, Land at CEME Campus, Marsh Way, Rainham.

Prior approval application for the installation of a 20 metre high monopole supporting 9 no. antenna and 2 no. transmission dishes with a wraparound cabinet at base together with 5 no. equipment cabinets and ancillary development thereto including 2 no. GPS nodes.

The application seeks prior approval for the siting and appearance of telecommunications apparatus or equipment

M0008.26, Footpath at the junction of Collier Row Lane & Prospect Place, Collier Row, Romford.

Prior approval application for proposed 20 metre high “street works” pole supporting 6no. antennas, installation of 3 no. equipment cabinets and ancillary development.

The application seeks prior approval for the siting and appearance of telecommunications apparatus or equipment

P0705.26, Homebase, Davidson Way, Romford. Demolition of existing building and structures on site, and the erection of a residential-led development (including affordable housing) and class E/F1/F2 floorspace, the creation of new public open space and a riverside walk, landscaping and naturalisation works, highway works, provision of new cycle and pedestrian routes, car parking and cycle parking, and associated infrastructure works.

This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more
