What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.   

Units 1 – 7, Genesis Business Park, Sheerwater, Woking. PLAN/2026/0510/BC: Section 73 application for variation of Condition 05 (approved plans) and Condition 23 (EV Charging) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2024/0319 (Demolition of existing buildings and a phased redevelopment of the site to provide 2no flexible employment buildings (Flexible Use Class E(g)(i-iii)/B2/B8), 1no self-storage building (B8 Use Class) and retention of an existing building (E use Class) together with associated landscaping, new vehicular access points, car parking and other associated works) to allow for minor material amendments to Phase one of the development (B8 Unit - Unit 1) (please refer to the applicant's Cover Letter for full list of amendments).

American Chapel, Dawney Hill, Pirbright, Woking. PLAN/2026/0484/HB: Alterations to the listed chapel comprising the installation of a new external rainwater disposal arrangement and associated renewal of parapet cappings and flashings to facilitate improved roof drainage and address water ingress.

NB: You should be aware that the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 2000 allows anyone the right to examine and receive copies of your representations. Details of the application, together with submitted plans and documents may be viewed at www.woking.gov.uk/planning/publicaccess. Any representations should be submitted within 21 days from the date of this notice.
