NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE BOROUGH COUNCIL AND THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
Plan No : 2026/0259
Location : Gedling Inn 50 Main Road Gedling Nottinghamshire
Proposal : Formation of timber framed covered seating area, associated surfacing, new section of picket fence, erection of festoon lighting and associated posts, installation of fixed benches, relocation of bin store.
In the opinion of the Borough Council this proposal may materially affect the appearance or character of the Conservation Area.
A copy of this application and documents submitted with it may be inspected at the Planning and Environment Department, Civic Centre, Arnot hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham during normal working hours, or on the Council’s website at http://www.gedling.gov.uk. during the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the undersigned within the same period.
