NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE BOROUGH COUNCIL AND THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
Plan No: 2026/0461
Location: Newstead Abbey Park, Newstead Abbey Station Avenue Newstead Nottinghamshire
Proposal: Re-roofing and roof repairs, stonework repairs, upgrade of roof access and lightning protection systems, removal of redundant water tank to facilitate re-roofing, ceiling repairs, improvements to rainwater management and other associated works.
In the opinion of the Borough Council this proposal may materially affect the appearance or character of a Listed Building.
A copy of this application and documents submitted with it may be inspected at the Planning and Environment Department, Civic Centre, Arnot hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham during normal working hours, or on the Council's website at http://www.gedling.gov.uk. during the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the undersigned within the same period.
