Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Gedling Borough Council for the following:-
Plan No: 2025/0748
Location: Calverton Village Hall Mews Lane Calverton Nottinghamshire
Proposal: Conversion of former village hall to residential dwelling to include elements of demolition and extension
Applicant: Mr Tony Freeman
The proposal does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
In the opinion of the Borough Council this proposal may materially affect the appearance or character of a Listed Building.
A copy of this application and documents submitted with it may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Arnot hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham during normal working hours, or on the Council's website at http://www.gedling.gov.uk. during the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the undersigned within the same period.
