Listed Building Consent: Internal fit-out and refurbishment works to the reception extension and lobby, comprising fixed seating, wall panelling, decorative mouldings, wall coverings, lighting fixtures, and new internal doors.

BARCLAYS, 82 - 84 High Street, Epsom

Removal of one outdated ATM and infill the opening externally with Ashlar stone panels, carefully matched to the existing coursing and mortar joints.

Cricketers Inn Public House, 1 Stamford Green Road, Epsom

Retrospective change of use of residential garden land (formerly associated with the manager's accommodation) to customer garden space for the public house. This includes the retention of a 1.74m high timber feather board fence and a fire exit within the curtilage of a Grade II listed building.

Representations will not be acknowledged until after an application has been determined. Late representations cannot normally be taken into consideration.
