Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/26/00493/OUT - Outline planning application for the erection of up to 350 dwellings (including affordable housing) with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) & vehicular access point. All matters reserved except for means of access at Land to the South of, Bamford Road, Inkersall, Chesterfield for Gladman Developments Limited. Reasons: Major Application, Public Right of Way, Setting of a listed building.

CHE/26/00464/FUL - Change of use to form a ground floor taxi office & travel agent and an HMO (C4 use) on the upper floors, with external alterations at 16-18 Former Sevens Bar, Stephenson Place, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1XL. Reasons: Conservation Areas, Setting of a listed building.

CHE/26/00515/ADV - Erection of a single, double-sided digital advertising display at Petrol Filling Station & Premises, High Street, Brimington, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S43 1DE. Reason: Setting of a listed building.
