NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 16 OF CROWN DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Haslar Immigration Removal Centre (IRC) Dolphin Way, Haslar, Gosport, PO12 2AW

Notice is given that Home Office is applying to the Secretary of State for Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved (except for access) for the expansion of Haslar IRC comprising the development of new accommodation blocks and ancillary supporting accommodation, the conversion and expansion of existing site infrastructure including internal roads, demolition of existing structures, minor amendment to coastal path to accommodate the creation of additional car parking, landscaping and associated site infrastructure.

reference CROWN/2026/0000005 and at Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, Hampshire PO12 1EB.

or write to Crown Development Case Team, Planning Inspectorate, c/o QUADIENT, 69 Buckingham Avenue, Slough, SL1 4PN within the period of 21 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
