PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council’s web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

26/10629 16 St Thomas Park, Lymington SO41 9NF - Alterations to rear elevation including the removal of the porch and bricking up the bottom part of the door to form a wider window

26/10628 3 High Street, Hythe SO45 6AG - Replacement shopfront

26/10643 1 Wellington Place, Captains Row, Lymington SO41 9RS - Alterations to flat roof parapet detail and roof covering (Application for Listed Building Consent)

26/10621 15 South Street, Pennington, Lymington SO41 8EB - Alterations to gable end chimney (facing South Street) to include raising brickwork by 8 courses, replacement of corbelled section & addition of replacement Terracotta pot similar in style but 300mm longer; spark arrestor (Application for Listed Building Consent)

26/10625 Vyne House, 103 Southampton Road, Ringwood BH24 1HR - Single-storey extension; creation of partition walls in house and removal of internal wall in outbuilding; replacement of ground floor window on the west elevation and first floor window on the east elevation with double glazed sash windows (Application for Listed Building Consent)

26/10650 4 Leeward House, 42 High Street, Lymington SO41 9AF - Internal door and wall alterations to facilitate creation of second bathroom (Application for Listed Building Consent)

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
