An application for outline planning permission for a residential development (up to 380 dwellings) associated enabling works, infrastructure, landscaping, open space and the construction of new vehicular access from the A419 is being prepared. As part of this process the views of local people are being sought on the proposals.
A public consultation website has been created which gives information on the proposal and provides an opportunity to discuss and give feedback.
