The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2026/1354 HORSFORD, Land South of Dog Lane West of Orchard End, Horsford – Proposed two storey self-build dwelling

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan,

2026/1902 GT & LT PLUMSTEAD (THORPE END), West Wending, 1 Lawn Crescent, NR13 5BP – Small rear extension to the house along with window replacements and alterations, cladding to the front of the house and a ramp to allow better access to the house

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area,

2026/1904 AYLSHAM, 2 Bure Way – Infill of covered entrance to front elevation and single storey rear extension

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2026/1816 DRAYTON, Church Rooms, Saint Margarets Church, School Road – Change in roofing material from pvc to lead sheet, Introduction of solar PV slates, alterations to fenestration, construction of retaining wall to form service area around heat pumps and construction of retaining wall to form ramped access

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage,

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
