Any comments should be made within 21 days and are by law open to public inspection. Comments can be submitted either via Public Access or in writing to the Civic Centre, St Lukes Avenue, Harrogate HG1 2AE. Failure to meet the deadline may mean comments are not considered in deciding the application.
