Proposal: Proposed residential development (91 units), and ancillary development.

Location: On lands accessed off Rossorry Church Road, Drumlyon and Coles Hill, Enniskillen (immediately north of Ferney Rise and north west of Galliagh Park)

Website: A pre-application community consultation website for the proposal will be live from Monday 27th July until Thursday 10th September 2026. The website can be viewed at www.rossplanning.co.uk/rossorry and will display details of the proposed development.
