What is planned?

NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY
PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017.

RECEIPT OF FURTHER INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE RESPECTING ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENTS.

Application ref: Waverley ref: WA/2025/00219, PINS ref: 6005353

Location: Land south of Dunsfold Road, Alfold Crossways, Surrey, GU6 8JB

Proposal: Outline planning application with all matters reserved except for access for a sustainable mixeduse development comprising the provision of a flexible local community / commercial facility (Use Class E and F.2); a mix of private and affordable homes (Use Class C3); associated infrastructure works including vehicular, cycle and pedestrian access, allotments, areas of open space and play provision; and sustainable drainage and landscaping. By virtue of Regulation 5 of the EIA Regulations the development proposed is EIA development.

Notice of Further Information Notice is given that further environmental information or evidence has been received by Waverley Borough Council regarding the Environmental Statement for the above development, focusing on:

Update to project description to clarify size, nature and purpose of proposed pump stations, energy centre, and substations. Additional information around anticipated types and quantities of waste arising from construction and operation. Additional information clarifying agricultural land classification of the site. Additional information to clarify assumptions & limitations, and an overall reference list included. Addition of technical note addressing greenhouse gas emissions during construction and additional information detailing the commitments to minimise embodied and operational GHG emissions. Update to table of residual effects in the ES Addendum, and update to Non- Technical Summary
