What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2026/0432/CA: Section 73 application for removal of condition 12 (BNG Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan) for planning approval R/2025/0606/CAM for flood alleviation scheme off Mill Lane and access (for construction traffic and local residents) through the Magpie Wood Caravans & Glamping site at Skinningrove Beck, Skinningrove

R/2026/0460/VC: Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) & 3 (Temporary Permission) on planning approval R/2021/0318/CA to allow retention of temporary classroom building for a further temporary period at Kirkleatham Hall Special School, Redcar

R/2026/0464/CA: Single storey domestic garage with storage area in pitched roof space above; first floor dormer window (Retropsective) at 160 High Street West, Redcar.

R/2026/0467/CA: Change of use from retail premises to residential accommodation at ground floor with residential on upper floor at 77 Church Street, Guisborough.

R/2026/0480/AC: Display of internally illuminated double sided hanging sign; fascia sign with lettering; 2(no) lanterns; 3(no) floodlights; externally illuminated name sign and 2(no) poster cases at the Three Fiddles, 34 Westgate, Guisborough

R/202/0481 LB: LBC for for display of various signage at the Three Fiddles, 34 Westgate, Guisborough.

Applications can be viewed on the Council's web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
