Repair and conservation of the timber roof structure and pitched roof coverings, re-covering of lead surfaces to the flat valley roof; repair and restoration of the clock tower (cupola), chimneys and entrance canopy; repair, repointing and conservation of the brick envelope; repairs to lead flashing, gutters, pipes and rainwater goods; repair of external windows; installation of roof insulation and photo-voltaic panels; repair of windows and doors; refurbishment and conservation of third floor including long gallery, addition of secondary window glazing; provision of kitchen and WCs; installation of lighting, fixtures and fittings; installation of glazed partitions; repainting, repair and conservation of timber panelling and associated works. Reason: Listed Building.
26/0898/LBC/HHO: The White Hart, St Albans Road, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3PJ. Replacement of existing windows with bespoke timber windows. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
26/0912/HSE/MT: 34 Elmroyd Avenue, Potters Bar, EN6 2EE. Conversion of loft to habitable space to include rear dormer. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
