In the event of an appeal being submitted against a refusal of an application or conditions imposed, any comments you make about this application will be sent to the Planning Inspectorate, and there will not normally be any further opportunity for you to comment at the appeal stage.

26/P/1358/FUH - Erection of a single-storey rear extension and first-floor extension above the existing garage with a front balcony and rear terrace at 1 Burden Park, Clevedon.

26/P/1337/FUH & 26/P/1338/LBC - Erection of a new single storey oak framed front entrance porch at 3A Macquarie Farm Close, Yatton.

26/P/1366/LBC - Proposed roof repair and re-covering works, to include: re-slating the main roof and re-roofing lower roofs and extensions in Bridgewater double Roman tiles. Renewal of leadwork and rainwater goods, extension of the gable verges by approximately 100 mm and installation of one conservation rooflight together with localised replacement of any decayed roof timbers found following stripping, all to improve weathering and secure the listed building at All Saints Cottage, Strawberry Hill, Clevedon.
