NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT APPLICATIONS have been made to the Rushcliffe Borough Council for planning permission in respect of the following developments;-
Affecting the Setting of Listed Building and Development within a Conservation Area

PROPOSAL: Change of use of the Ruddington Manor Offices (550 sqm) (Use Class E (g) (i)) to 8 (eight) Co- Living apartments (Sui Generis), car parking, cycle storage and ancillary residents' well-being space

LOCATION: The Manor House Manor Park Ruddington Nottinghamshire

APPLICANT: Nazir Adam Asmal (26/00709/FUL)

A copy of the application and the plans and other documents submitted may be inspected on the Borough Council's website at https://planningon-line.rushcliffe.gov.uk/online-applications/.

Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council about the applications should make them by 6 August 2026 either by visiting the Council's website at the address above, or in writing to the Planning & Growth Manager at Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7YG.
