Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2025/02680: Land south of Coles Lane, Ockley, Surrey, RH5 5HW: PLEASE NOTE: Amended description and amended plans and details received. Reserved Matters application for the consideration of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline planning permission Ref MO/2020/0667/OUTMAJ (allowed under appeal Ref: APP/C3620/W/21/3272057) for a residential scheme of 58 dwellings, with associated landscaping, amenity space, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS), and associated works.
MO/2026/00907: 52 ROTHES ROAD DORKING RH4 1LD: Replace timber sliding sash window with double glazed timber sliding sash windows and replace wooden front door with wooden replacement.
