LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

26F/1870- Former Fruit & Vegetable Market Prescot Road (13) Applicant Tilbury Douglas Construction Limited. To erect a two-storey school building, with parking and access, play and sports facilities including a Multi-Use Games Area and playing field, hard and soft landscaping and associated works.

26H/1895 & 26L/1930 - 2 Church Road (25) Applicant Carl Shears. To repair and re-lay the existing roof and install no. 1 rooflight to rear.

26F/1853 & 26L/1835 - Castle Moat House, Fenwick Street (2) Mr Jamie Motlagh, JSM Company Group. To convert the basement, ground and first floors to a pub (Sui Generis) and convert upper floors to 5 no. self-contained apartments (Use Class C3).

26L/0187 - Appeal Reference 6012209 - 4, OLIVE MOUNT VILLAS Mill Lane, Wavertree, Liverpool, L15 8LX Applicant John Corkill. To erect a single storey infill extension, incorporating 2 no. rooflights, sliding sash window and double doors following the removal one window within the rear elevation of the original building.

26H/0302 - Appeal Reference 6012208 - 4, OLIVE MOUNT VILLAS Mill Lane, Wavertree, Liverpool, L15 8LX Applicant John Corkill. To erect a single storey infill extension, incorporating 2 no. rooflights, sliding sash window and double doors following the removal one window within the rear elevation of the original building.

26L/1817-The Albert, 66/68 Lark Lane (17). Applicant Stonegate Group. To carry out external works, including installation of signage and a hand painted mural to part of the elevations of the ground floor.

26A/1840 - 14-20 Shop Pall Mall (3) Applicant (NCR). To display 1no. non illuminated surround sign and 1no. non illuminated logo panel associated with ATM installation. 26F/1972 - 14-20 Shop Pall Mall (3) Applicant (NCR). To install No.1 ATM to front.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 6th August 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
