Proposed development at: Land To The East Of Nutwell Road Lympstone
I give notice that 3 West Developments is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 26/1289/MOUT
Outline permission for up to 70 dwellings, formation of vehicular access from Nutwell Road and pedestrian access from Meeting Lane, public open space and other associated infrastructure, as well as the demolition of the two existing agricultural barns, with all matters reserved apart from access.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
