I give notice that Andrew and Paul Lightfoot is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission.
Application Number: 26/1209/FUL
Demolition of agricultural barns and existing dwelling and the construction of 6no. dwellings with associated works following the grant of prior approvals (refs. 25/0026/PDQ and 25/0027/PDQ).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
