The application affects the curtilage of a Grade ll listed building and is within Lower Halliford conservation area.

Variation of Conditions 1 (approved plans), 11 (Residential Travel Plan), 13 (EV charging details), 14 (flood mitigation), 15 (finished floor levels and flood mitigation details) and 21 (landscaping details) associated with planning permission 24/01268/RVC (Variation of Condition 2 (plan numbers) relating to planning permission 20/01199/FUL for the demolition of the former Masonic Hall and redevelopment of the site to provide 206 dwellings together with car and cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping and other associated works) to amend the layout of the ground floor area, reconfigure bicycle and car parking areas to provide a new communal amenity space, lounge and co-working facilities, install a handrail to the existing wall of the podium communal garden, and make associated updates to the approved Residential Travel Plan, EV charging provision, flood mitigation details and landscaping plans.

This application constitutes a major development.
