HYSBYSIR drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1), 2(2) a 4 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd) a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004.
Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fyddai gwahardd cerbydau rhag goddiweddyd ar hyd y rhan o'r ffordd a ddisgrifir yn fyr yng ngholofn 2 o Atodlen yr Hysbysiad hwn at bob diben ac ar bob adeg, ac a ddangosir yn fwy penodol ar y cynllun sy'n dwyn y rhif cyfeirio unigryw a bennir yng ngholofn 3 o'r Atodlen ar gyfer yr ardal a ddisgrifir yng ngholofn 1, y dylid ei ddarllen ar y cyd â'r Gorchymyn ac sy'n ffurfio rhan o’r un peth.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C1311 o fan sydd 210 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â'r A485 am oddeutu 530 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain a'r U5525 o'r gyffordd â'r A485 am oddeutu 120 metr i gyfeiriad y de.
Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y ffordd arall ar gyfer traffig y mae cau ffordd yr C1311 yn effeithio arno fydd mynd ar hyd yr A485, y B4337, yr C2052 (Llanybydder i Wernogle), a'r C2111 (Rhydcymerau i Lanllwni).
Y ffordd arall ar gyfer traffig y mae cau ffordd yr U5525 yn effeithio arno fydd mynd ar hyd yr A485 a'r C1311 (o Pentop).
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith i adnewyddu prif bibell.

Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C3293 Cwm-cuch o fan sydd oddeutu 115 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â'r C1287 Cwm-cuch am bellter o 155 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C1253, Llanfihangel-ar-arth i Lanllwni, Pencader, o fan sydd 620 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â'r B4336, am oddeutu 420 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.

The County of Carmarthenshire (B4309, Bancycapel) (Prohibition of Overtaking) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Carmarthenshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1), 2(2) and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of the proposed Order would be prohibit overtaking by vehicles along the section of road briefly described in column 2 of the Schedule to this Notice for all purposes and at all times, such length of road being more particularly shown on the plan bearing the unique tile reference number specified in column 3 of the Schedule for the locality described in column 1 thereof, which shall be read in conjunction with the Order and which forms part of the same.
Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft Order which, together with the plan showing the affected road and a Statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at Carmarthenshire County Council’s Customer Service HWB located at Unit 22, St Catherine's Walk, Carmarthen SA31 1GA during usual office hours.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C1311 & U5525 Llanllwni, Pencader (SA39 9DY)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C1311 from a point 210 metres Northeast of its junction with the A485 for approximately 530 metres in a North Easterly direction and the U5525 from its junction with the A485 for approximately 120 metres in a Southerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The alternative route for traffic affected by the closure of the C1311 will be via the A485, B4337, C2052
(Llanybydder to Gwernogle), and C2111 (Rhydcymerau to Llanllwni).
The alternative route for traffic affected by the closure of the U5525 will be via the A485 and the C1311 (from Pentop).
The Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water undertake mains renewal works.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 20 July 2026 to Tuesday 15 September 2026, a total duration of 58 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C3293 Cwmcych) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C3293 Cwmcych from a point approximately 115 metres south-east of its junction with the C1287 Cwmcych for a distance of 155 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The alternative route will be via the C3201 Trelech (from Bryniwan), the B4299 Cynwyl Elfed, the B4333 Cwmduad (to Newcastle Emlyn), the A484, and the C1287 (from Newcastle Emlyn).
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Carmarthenshire County Council construct a highway support to repair a collapsed road.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 3rd August for 8 weeks.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C1253, Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth to Llanllwni, Pencader from a point 620 metres Northeast of its junction with the B4336 for approximately 420 metres in a North Easterly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for traffic will be via the B4336, the A485, the C1308 (Llanllwni to Maesycrugiau) and the C1253 (Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth to Llanllwni).
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers carry out existing water mains renewal works.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 3rd August 2026 to Wednesday 26th August 2026, a period of 24 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
